| Starting in October, I will hold FREE group nutrition sessions every Friday morning at 10 am. I would like to give people that are trying to lose weight the opportunity to find support systems with other peers, to discuss their struggles and their triumphs, and to offer further nutrition advice in terms of recipes, stress management strategies, snack ideas, tips for healthier cooking, etc. There is a limit of 10 people per class and a minimum of 3 people have to sign up from the day before in order for the class to take place.
