This 6-week package informs the pregnant woman on which foods to eat and which to avoid during pregnancy and also provides information on vitamin supplementation, gestational diabetes (if any), nausea, breast-feeding foods, and how to lose weight after pregnancy.

This package includes the following:

Session 1 – Initial Assessment (as previously described) – Personalized meal plan given at first visit.  No body composition testing at this time. (Body composition can be taken after pregnancy for more accurate results).

Session 2 – Pregnancy specific menu planning – Learn which foods protect your unborn baby from disease.

Session 3 – Vitamins and nutrition supplements

Session 4 – Breast-feeding eating tips for mother or formula suggestions

Session 5 – Food progression tips for your baby – from birth until 1 year old

Session 6 – How to lose the baby fat
